Seal safari and sea eagle safari
Join an exciting archipelago tour along the Gästrikland coast, where nature and history meet in one of the most unspoilt coastal areas between Gävle and Söderhamn.
Together with a certified nature guide, you travel by boat through a quiet archipelago with no summer cottages, no jet skis, and no crowds, just stillness, open sea, and the sounds of nature.
What you may experience
During the tour, guests often see seals and sea eagles, along with other birdlife such as hawks, falcons, ospreys, herons, ducks, eiders, divers, gulls, terns, and more.
The area also has a rich history. Beneath the surface lie old shipwrecks, and along the coast there are fishing villages with several hundred years of history. Your guide shares stories about both the wildlife and the heritage of the area.
Good to know before the tour
Life jackets, binoculars, and rain capes are available to borrow.
Please dress for the weather, as it can feel cold out at sea even on warmer days.
We recommend bringing a camera.
Season: 1 May to 31 August
